My Train Story

On the weekend my family went on the train which was red and white and it had wheels. We looked at the waterfall and rocks and trees. The train went over a big bridge. The train stopped at the train station and we got off.  We had a good time on the train.  By Christopher

OASIS SLEEPOVER by Christopher

I went to Oasis on Friday after school.  After I unpacked my bag we went for a drive to the playground to play on the swing.  I felt happy.  I love Oasis.

SPORTS DAY AT TAMAKI INTERMEDIATE

Last Friday we went to the Sports Day at Tamaki.We went to play Sports games. We played on The golf course.There were lots of classes. We threw the ball through a hole,We played lots of games such as tennis. We also had running races. It rained a little. We sat under a canopy and had morning tea.  We did rope pulling and we stepped over the hula hoops.

We did javelin throws, I felt happy. I liked Sports Day at Tamaki.

InterACT Art Festival by Christopher

Let's hear Christopher reading his writing about the InterACT Art Festival. Great work Christopher!



On Friday our class went to the InterACT Art Festival at the Corbans Estate at Henderson to learn Tape Art. I made a bracelet and it was nice. We watched shows. We saw Vicky and her sister danced and they were great. Some people got their face painted but I didn't. In shed 2 we decorated a book using colour pencils which was tied together with string. I wrote my name in rainbow colours in my book.  We had lunch outside the Opanuku room where it was nice and sunny. It was a fantastic day and I can't wait to go next year.

Gabrielle helped us to identify the names of the shapes.
Then we coloured them and cut them out.
After that we arranged them into cool patterns.

Christopher Plays Bingo

I played Bingo with my friends. I spun the wheel and when it stopped I picked a number out. If someone had the number they put a counter on it. When one line got full they called out Bingo. I liked spinning the wheel and I loved getting a Bingo.

On the weekend I watched Disney Junior and I liked the Mickey Mouse Club the best. I saw Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Pluto. Pluto was playing with a bouncy ball.

It bounced really high. I was very happy because it was fun.

Story

In the holidays Mum, Dad and I went to the Warehouse at

Botany Downs. It was a nice day so we decided to just go home. After that we thought it would be nice to read my book. It was a sesame street number book. That was fun. It was getting dark so it was time to head to bed. I had a   lovely day.

I did exercises with my classmates in the playground
today. We walked along the yellow lines and ran to. I liked walking best. On Friday we will go to the Gym for badminton. I like badminton especially when we get to hit the balloon.
