Dear Mum.   

My name is Kate and I am 14 years old.

I live in Auckland.

I am at Edgewater College.

My teacher is called Geara.

My best friend is Leya.

I like it when you give me food and you look after me Mum.

Home Sick

The other week I was sick at home because my throat was very sore.  I had a high temperature so Mum took me to the Doctor and she looked at my throat.  She gave me some antibiotics.  After that, we went home to sleep.

I stayed home for one whole week to get better.

Going To The Zoo by Kate

My favourite movie is Going To The Zoo because the kids sang funny songs and the animals make noises.

Tennis Holiday Programme by Kate

I had a beautiful holiday because I went to a tennis holiday programme. The coach taught me how to do forehand and backhand.  I had morning tea and lunch before  Mum picked me up. I played Xbox.  It was fun.

Gabrielle helped us to identify the names of the shapes.
Then we coloured them and cut them out.
After that we arranged them into cool patterns.
