Badminton at Edgewater College
On Friday the 9th May we had our first lesson at Badminton, in the Edgewater College gym. Three classes attended. Two Middle School classes and one Senior one.
It was very tricky for many of the first-timers as the shuttle refused to be hit by the racquet. How annoying. After many attempts most people had some success. This is the first time that we have teamed up with the Seniors and we were very grateful for their assistance and coaching. They did good. Their teacher, Kevin was very patient and tolerant of the newbies. Thanks Kevin.
There were a few funny incidents that made everyone laugh and by the end of the lesson things were looking up. Room 2 look forward to playing again this Friday morning and we are sure to improve quickly now that we know what to do.

Numeracy - Counting by adding on.
David is seen here being tested for his "P" levels. This part was easy. Look at the concentration.
Well done David.
